Cook lentils with turmeric and tomato in water until soft. Season and temper with cumin in ghee.

Blend spinach with a little water. Fry paneer until golden on all sides.

Sauté onion with garam masala, add blended spinach, simmer 8 minutes. Add paneer.

Arrange dal, saag paneer, rice, and naan on a platter.

Garnish with raita, pickled onions, and fresh coriander. Serve family style.
