Heat grill or griddle pan to high heat. Grill corn first, turning frequently, for 8 minutes.

Grill peppers skin-side down for 4 minutes, then flip. Grill zucchini 2–3 minutes per side.

Grill mushrooms and onion wedges until softened and slightly charred.

Arrange everything on a large platter with cherry tomatoes and the three dips. Season with salt.
