Bake chicken at 200°C for 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Rinse rice, then cook with stock, turmeric, and butter until almost done.

Stir in frozen vegetables, cover and cook 5 more minutes on low.

Fluff rice with a fork. Serve chicken on top of the vegetable rice with lemon wedges.
