Add garlic and spices and stir for 1 minute.

Pour in tomatoes, crushing them. Simmer 10 minutes until sauce is thick and rich.

Make wells in the sauce with a spoon. Crack an egg into each well.

Crumble feta over the sauce. Cover and cook on low heat 8 minutes until whites are just set.

Scatter fresh parsley and serve directly from the pan with pita.
