Mix pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil for gyoza filling. Wrap 1 tsp filling in each wrapper, pleat and seal.

Mix pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil for gyoza filling. Wrap 1 tsp filling in each wrapper, pleat and seal.

Fry gyoza in a hot oiled pan 2 minutes, add water, cover and steam 4 minutes until cooked. Uncover and let bases crisp.

Bring chicken broth to a simmer. Season with soy and mirin.

Cook noodles according to packet. Divide into bowls, pour hot broth over.

Top ramen bowls with halved soft-boiled eggs, bok choy, and nori. Serve gyoza alongside with dipping sauce.
