Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 1 hour.

Grill or bake chicken at 220°C/425°F for 18 minutes until charred on edges.

Sauté onion in oil until golden. Add garlic and ginger, cook 2 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste, then add passata and spices. Simmer 15 minutes.

Blend sauce until smooth, return to pan. Stir in coconut cream.

Add cooked chicken to sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with basmati rice and naan.
